Kathryn is a consultant specialising in teacher workforce development, with a background in primary teaching, and led a keynote session focused on 'unleashing great learning'.

Leadership conferences take place termly and usually follow a set theme for the day, with a mix of external speakers and school leaders sharing expertise. Following the morning keynote, afternoon sessions saw leaders explore 'Foundation Subject Curriculum and Addressing Misconceptions' with David Cox, Assistant Headteacher at John Henry Newman Academy; and 'Improving Outcomes' with Helen Watson, Headteacher at Dr South's CE Primary, Jo Reeder, Headteacher at Blewbury CE Primary, and Lisa Horton, ODST School Improvement Adviser.
